Honey Coconut Salmon – YUM!

Totally easy, totally unhealthy, totally yummy!!

1 1/2 c butter
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c flaked coconut
4 – 4 oz salmon filet (I had a little bit over 1 lb of salmon – and could have used the same initial ingredients with even more salmon)

Melt butter in saucepan – mix in with honey, brown sugar, and coconut. Cool slightly and transfer to a large bowl. Place salmon and marinate in fridge – 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375
Bake 25 minutes

Sooooooo good!
