Scream It Out Now…

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I am not complaining about my life. I love my life. I do. But CAN A MAMA GET SOME TIME FOR HER. It’s a new concept, I realize. But I am going crazy. Even in the mornings I can’t get it done. Maybe I can carve out a little tiny small space in our room for me, that can be mine in the mornings. But to do that would require cleaning that room, removing the  bookshelf and actually doing something with those books because I am not about to let our garage becoming a holding ground again. That takes time, time we do not have.

I really am going crazy. With traveling again this week – all next week, in October for a day/night/day in Chicago and then to friggin Boston for a week for a sales meeting…  I think I’m going to say no to Chicago. It doesn’t solve my larger issue but I’m just going to say “no.”

But seriously – I need some time. Not just a movie once every 6-7 months. I need consistency in my day. I need things that are important to me – to be important. Not something I’ll just have to get over. I get that I need to get over some things, but I need help being Super Wife, Super Mom, Super Careerwoman, Super Friend, and Super Woman. I need help. I’m finding it hard to give 100% to people at the moment when I just want to scream, “Leave me alone!” It is nothing personal against them, nothing.
How do you do it?

  1. My hat goes off to you, I’m not a mom yet but I have trouble juggling my job with my home with preparations for our wedding and being a good soon to be wife!

  2. I definitely DON’T do it, but need to learn how as well. I could have written this post myself (but not as well), so I totally feel your pain. ((HUGS))

  3. In the end, I think if we don’t scream out and wonder where the heck time is for us, then we aren’t doing it right. Time is SO difficult to come. I can’t possibly give you advice there, since I have no time myself. BUT, I can say, since you have no time for you, you must be doing “it” right.
