Slowly But Surely
I’m getting there. I’m starting to pull life together again and FEEL good again. This week although I set my alarm for 6:00 every morning and actually needed to get up at that time this a.m. I still couldn’t do it. I just needed this week to sleep.
Although I will eventually start getting up – I’ve found I need the “me” time in the morning to get centered and ready for the day. Without it I get up, quickly get dressed, force R to get up and P dressed – and then we’re off and my day is filled with people needing, people wanting, people asking, people people people… no time to even think about anything else. Right now it’s 7 minutes until we’re supposed to leave the house but my family is still sleeping – I’m stealing time just to post this quickly.
Anyway, I’ll get there. I’m starting to feel better, hopefully I’ll regain the weight I lost while sick so I can feel like I look better and more confident.
Yep – we’ll get there, we’re on the right track.
