My New Hat!
I got my new hat and am ready for winter! Bring it on Jack Frost!

Guys, how am I supposed to hold onto my hair with this thing on??

I’m just way too cute for words
She’s ready!
This weekend was a big weekend for Miss Prayse. Her Grandad-Great celebrated his 75th birthday with a big bash! Over 150 people came from all over to celebrate with him. It was an amazing thing to see how many individuals one person can impact. I loved to see my Grandad’s eyes light up when he saw Prayse and call me over to show her off to this person or that person. She was of course the perfect little dolly. Man, what an awesome kid. I’ll download pictures when I can and share.
This was also the weekend I think my baby moved from being an infant to well… being a baby! I don’t know what it is, but she seems more grown up now. She is so alert, recognizes individuals, she interacts with almost everyone. She is also starting to reach for things. I bought her a new toy to connect onto her car seat and before I knew it she was reaching and spinning the doo-hickey noise things! I was so surprised and excited, I only bought it because it was colorful and had lights!!
The little athlete also wants to stand up all the time and not only stand up but puts one foot in front of another like she’s trying to go somewhere. When we arrived in Ansley she made a beeline straight for her Grandma-Great… I tell you she is going to be a track star before it’s over.
Tomorrow is Halloween. Prayse will be a little pumpkin because that’s the costume that was given to me. I’m not sure what it is about me but I’ve just never really been all that into the holiday. We’ll celebrate and get excited I’m sure as Prayse grows up but we’ve never gotten dressed up (past college that is… and that’s another story!). Still, she’ll be the cutest pumpkin ever and I’ll share pictures because it’s just what I do. Now Christmas? Christmas is another story. You bet your reindeer she’ll have a couple of Christmas dresses complete with the bows and tights. I even bought her a snowman towel the other day
I can’t wait! Maybe she needs a Thanksgiving outfit too…
