Honey Curry Baked Chicken

Okay Luanne, this is for you! I hope Ryker does better with it than Praysalyn!

2/3 cup melted butter

1 cup liquid honey

1/2 cup prepared mustard

2 T curry powder

2 lb chicken

Preheat oven to 350 . Bake 50-60 minutes covered until no longer pink.

It’s pretty good, I like it, but definitely won’t be cooking it again while breastfeeding! :)

  1. Thank you, I’m going to make this! I’m dairy-free too, although I have slip-ups. Today I had a strawberry milkshake. That straw got in my mouth so fast there was just nothing I could do, gosh darnit.

  4. OK so I finally made this tonight. And it’s really nice – thanks! This is the only time I’ve been able to have any sort of chicken/meat dish all pregnancy, I think because it’s so sweet. So… thanks again! Do you have any other similar recipes? Most quick and easy recipes tend to be crock pot and Bean can’t quite seem to face that idea right now…
